Last Thursday, February 8th, we participated in the Sphinx Research Day, the event organised by Sphinx that redefines the future of market research.
A very complete day with different presentations by experts in the field of research and customer experience, in which we were invited to collaborate through a talk on data protection.
The talk was given by Elena Sánchez, an expert lawyer in privacy, intellectual property and technological contracting at Metricson, dealing with such an important topic as the challenge of data protection in market research.
Through this talk we explained some basic concepts, from what are personal data or pseudonymised and anonymised data; what types of data sources exist; or how artificial intelligence takes part in data protection and the different roles it can acquire.
